Tomato Herbed Salad
Tomatoes – two large
Purple onion – one half
Herbs – Parsley, Basil, Oregano
- about ½ teaspoon each or as much or little as you want
House Blend – real sea salt, crushed pepper blend, garlic powder, onion powder
- about ½ teaspoon each or as much or as little as you want
Lemon Juice for drizzling
Olive Oil for drizzling
Shredded Romano or Parmesan cheese (optional)
Slice tomatoes and onions and layer them on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Generously sprinkle with herbs and house blend and cheese if using.
