Pumpkin Granola
Oh man, does my house smell good. I just made this amazing Pumpkin granola. It will satisfy your sweet tooth and is loaded with fiber. It also incorporates healthy fats and protein. Give this a try. Your taste buds are gonna love it.

Ingredients
  1. DRY INGREDIENTS
  2. 4 Cups of Old Fashioned Oats
  3. ½ cup raw pecans
  4. ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  5. ¼ cup coconut palm sugar (or brown sugar)
  6. ½ tsp. real sea salt
  7. ¾ tsp. ground cinnamon
  8. ¼ tsp. ground cloves
  9. WET INGREDIENTS
  10. ¼ cup coconut oil
  11. ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  12. 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  13. ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  14. ½ tsp. pure almond extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Warm wet ingredients in a saucepan until smooth. Mix dry and wet ingredients well. Spread mixture evenly onto two baking sheets. Bake for 20 min. tossing half way. Also, you may switch baking pans from top to bottom for even cooking after 10 minutes. Make sure you bake in the top two thirds of the oven. If your rack is too low it may cause burning.
