Easy Asian Shrimp

Marinade
  1. 1 TBS Tamari (or soy sauce)
  2. 1 tsp garlic chili oil (found in Asian section of market)
  3. 1 TBS lime juice
  4. 1 tsp raw honey
  5. 1 pound of shrimp
Asian BBQ sauce
  1. 2 TBS hoisin sauce
  2. 1 TBS Tamari or soy sauce
  3. 1 TBS rice wine vinegar
  4. 2 TBS raw honey
  5. 1 TBS garlic chili sauce
  6. 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  7. 1 garlic clove
  8. 1 tea freshly grated ginger
Instructions
  1. Place marinade and shrimp in a zip lock bag and close
  2. Marinade for one hour in the refrigerator
  3. Take out of refrigerator 1/2 hour before grilling
  4. Grill for 3 min. total - until shrimp turns pink
  5. For BBQ sauce - blend all ingredients until smooth
Notes
  1. Serve with a new batch of the marinade (make it again - don't use what you used to marinade the raw shrimp) - or the BBQ sauce.
